We appreciate your interest in Little Stepping Stones. If we have a specific job opening, it will be posted on this page in the right column. We normally hire for two positions, Full Time Teachers and Full and Part-Time Teacher Assistants.

Full Time Teachers must be credentialed by the State of NC and we prefer people who have at least two years of experience.

Teaching Assistants must be at least 18 years of age and have proof of a HS diploma or G.E.D.

All prospective employees must test negatively for TB and will be subject to a criminal background check. References must be provided and will be checked. All employees are required to have their fingerprints on record with LSS.
